Peace Out is probably the last of the true 'service before self' old-fashioned businesses we have left in Alamogordo. You may find it odd that a skate shop that also sells hookahs would exemplify this in a traditionally conservative town like Alamogordo, but yes, they are that awesome. The owners are very helpful and are all about getting people out to skate and have a good time. They set my son's board up in a few minutes and then invited him to skate right there on their own skate park. Their prices and service are without parallel and you won't find this kind of service from some corporate skate shop anywhere! I can't say enough great things about them. I've actually started skateboarding again after 20 years and I'm definitely going to their shop for all my stuff.
