I had accidentally left a tote bag with important documents and materials inside a United Cab LTD vehicle. The driver promptly informed the office upon discovery of the missing item. As soon as they were able to find out my contact information, the office phoned me of the situation and I was able to recover my bag within an hour of discovery with everything intact. An unsolicited offer of a gratuity as a token of my appreciation was politely declined but instead, I was asked to post a comment about my experience. The courtesy and honesty of driver Kassim Mohammed Habib and the company is laudable. They have earned my loyalty and I strongly recommend that everyone who needs reliable, dependable, courteous and honest cab service patronize them. JVW from Clive, IA
