Serving the Black Hills since 1999, Monica has trained with Harold Dull in watsu, David Swenson in Ashtanga yoga and @ the American Institute of Massage Therapy in Kailua Hawaii. She brings a flowing and intuitive nature to her exceptional massage and is equally skilled in energetic and structural bodywork. Yoga classes and private sessions are offered to beginner through more advanced practitioners.
