Dennis Thums
After more than a dozen attempts to contact Philip and Nicole Flemister regarding there past due balance on the LED display signs they have purchased, we are now being forced to file a legal action to get paid.
I would strongly urge any suppliers of APEX Signs to require prepayment and I would warn their customers that if they purchased signs that the Flemister's did not pay for, they will not have any warranty or service on those signs.
Check their D & B and Better Business status .
