Construction Defects Investigations, Construction 3rd Party Quality Control, Home Inspections, Real Property Commercial Condition Assessment Reports Licensed General Contractors, #48180. 5th Generation Nevadan in the Construction Industry. The first historical district (National Register) of Homes built in Nevada is a sub-division built by the Franklin's in the 1930's. Quality has always been a motto. We provide Construction Investigations, which are more detailed than a standard Home Inspection. A method of repair or a cost of repair are additions that would not be included in a Home Inspection. Today one of the primary interest is in representing Plaintiff's (home owners) as a construction expert in dealings with constructional defects. We try to assist homeowners in evening out the playing field where numerous defense (builder) experts are brought into the arena by insurance companies over whelming the home owner.
