Ilove Burgers
Would not recommend. I actually give this company a zero but I had to choose a star to post. Very unprofessional exterminator.Prior to requesting services, I was not made aware that it was a necessity to clear cabinets for spraying for a certain period. Every time this same exterminator came to my unit he would get visibly upset if this was not done. I pay for service on a regular as apart of my lease agreement but was denied service one time a few months back. I did participate in clearing cabinets per his request after that but low and behold still needed pest control. So I requested again.I expressed that I would not be clearing all the cabinets for every pest control request because I'm under the impression that baseboards can generally be sprayed for pests. Come to find out this is something to be communicated from the apartment complex which has not been done. (The vendor apparently wants to treat the unit for 3 weeks which neither party explained this or sent written communication . The way it was being delivered to me was that it needed to be done every time a pest control request was made.) I called to explain my issue with what has been occurring but the management was not transparent as it turned out to be the wife of the exterminator.
My point being people need expectations communicated for something like this as they are meaning the bathroom and kitchen cabinets have to be cleared which is almost like moving.
