I hired Failsafe about three years ago when we moved into our new building. The replaced the existing outdated alarm system with a new state of the art security system including day/night cameras, digital DVR with off site back up, temperature, sprinkler flow, smoke and fire detectors, glass break detectors, motion detectors and a few other trick items. I can even monitor the cameras from my iphone anywhere i have a signal. i have had them come back to upgrade the technology as better items come on line and will continue to use them in the future. I have known Nick Piazza for approximately ten years. I have utilized Nick to conduct work at both my home and my place of employment, which is one of the largest Corporations in Connecticut. Nick is probably the most honest and competant vendor I have ever worked with. He is a consumate professional who provides sound advice, does not gouge on pricing and generally is an outstanding person. Nick is quite simply excellent. I will continue to use him exclusively due to his honesty and integrity. ED Lynch
