Although the actual hones are decent, the HOA and terrible management company (Junction Property Management) make this community and awful place to live. Expect incredibly high HOA dues, easily half of your mortgage, for very little effort or improvements. I wish I never moved into such a toxic community. Don't count on the HOA Board or the incompetent management company to help solve any of your issues (even as you pay your fair-share of dues). Parking is extremely difficult and if you hold Junction Property Management accountable for their unprofessional behavior or cross them at all, they will personally come after you. This seemingly quiet neighborhood has a lot of skeletons that stay hidden until you actual own property. Your safety will be neglected until all dues are paid in full, regardless of the situation. If you think about buying a place here, please refrain. You will be disappointed and ultimately have to deal with ridiculous violations and fees for insignificant issues. What was once a quaint community has become a drama filled collection of overpriced and mismanaged condos. You will regret purchasing a home in this sad excuse for a neighborhood.
