I entered into the subject mortgage with my wife at the time, Barbara Casale, on October 6, 2005. Currently, my daughter Dominique Casale is the managing member of D&D Resources, LLC. Property was given to her after our divorce. When seeking a Lender in 2005 , we found Gibraltar to be a perfect fit. As a leader in the realm of banking, your reputation of integrity was one we admired and; therefore, had no qualms with accepting the terms of the loan and promissory note without question. Unfortunately, it appears that our unequivocal credence as to your brand must now be rendered as mere naiveté. It first became apparent that, like many other financial institutions once held in high esteem, Gibraltar had fallen victim to questionable practices in early 2011 when we were served foreclosure papers for no reason . It must be noted that from the time the ink dried on our mortgage, to date, I have never missed a single payment; all rendered precisely when due.
