Porsche Griffin
I dropped off my external hard drive back in July 2011 for recovery and transfer. I've made several trips to the store over the span of 9 months and each time I have visited to check on the status of my order, I always end of giving them the complete description of my hard drive along with the files on it and my contact information.
Each time I do so it's always "give me a week or 2 and I'll let you know..." I recently went to stop at the store only to find that it's GONE with no trace of where/if it's relocated, a phone number or ANY type of source of communication. This company has been highly unprofessional in services as well as their major lack of communication with clients.
