I rented a property from her. She and her husband talked down to me and my partner in a patronizing tone and were always extremely rude. I was always anxious and scared to talk to them because of how they spoke to me. They did not hold up their end of several promises in the contract and made verbally while negotiating. They did give us back any deposit and tried to charge us more for very minor imperfections after moving out that I expected to not get some of the deposit back, but she gave us nothing. She charges way too much for rent and increases the rent by $50 every year you stay. She is not professional and she tries to intimidate and bully to get her way.

RENTERS BEWARE! Karen and Tom Hargis took $3000 from us and refused to give it back and refused to hand over a property to rent. They have been dodging our calls. DO NOT do business with these people.
