THIS IS NOT A RECOMMENDATION ....THIS IS A COMPLAINT OF POOR BUSINESS DEALINGS!!!!! If this company delivers it equipment in such a way that it has yet to deliver a simple bottle of Glyconal for my Hyla vaccum cleaner then I feel sorry for anyone who is doing business with them. I ordered a bottle of Glyco back in August of 2011 and now it is December 5, 2011 and I still have not received my product as ordered from them. You better believe they took my money, as I paid with a cc over the phone and it was posted to my account the next day. I have called these people 7 times requesting my product and each time I get a guarantee that it will be shipped out that day and one guy even threw in a box of air fresheners, none of which I have ever received. I asked them if they couldn't provide the product refund my money and I haven't seen that happen either. The sad part of this whole thing is I live in Kansas, OK which is 75 miles east of Tulsa, OK and this is where Jackson is located. If nothing happens I guess I will be making a road trip to their business if one really exsist????GMoore
