This is one of the best transportation companies in the nation and they have the best owner and best accessible vans I have ever rode in. I had the pleasure of traveling from Philadelphia to Washington DC driven by the owner Yahya Sesay. He is the epitome of professionalism, love of service, and concern for his drivers, as well as the comfort, safety and transport of his clients. I love him and his company. He made me forget a horrible experience with AMTRAK as did Chuck, the Amtrak manager in Philadelphia, who hired Yahya to transport me. Sierra should have an interstate service from the west coast to the east coast, north and south, or a contract with Chicago IL drivers Hashi Said, Tarig Kamill, Ahmed Jimale, and Cliff Plaxico to train all the other drivers, dispatchers of taxi and paratransit services across the nation. Outstanding. Just awesome service.
