Please stay awayyyyyyyyyyyy from this contractor. Steven smith got huge payment from me for room addition project but he didn't do any work and ran away with my money. We tried to contact via email or mobile but no response. This is not fake review at all. We had this bad experience with Smith just a month ago and writing this review so no one will impact like me. Please get in touch with me 302-244-1828 before you decide to do project with this guy. He gave business card with wrong address. Smith always blame others and don't do any work. I lost huge money and writing this review to save others. Please don't do business with this guy and loose your money.

Hired this company for bathroom remodel. We were very unhappy with the quality of the finishes. Tile in shower is uneven. Will have to hire another company to come in and fix the wall behind the tiles and retile. The finish on the walls/ ceiling s rough. Had to sand, repatch and repaint walls. We were called "paranoid" for wanting the finishes done our way
