We used Silver Star Auto Haus last June when my Mercedes broke down an hour west of Albuquerque. When you are out of town you always wonder who is reputable, and how long will the repair take. Chris Waggoner took good care of us and had us back on the road the same day we brought the car in. He even followed up with a phone call to make sure we made it to California without any problems. At 8:15 a.m., we arrived at their shop and a charming, knowledgeable young man ( never got his name ,sorry) went to work right away ,knew exactly what he was doing and had us on the road by 9 a.m. Wow! and the young woman who was the office manager was as helpful and kind as she could be and listened to my endless chatter with true grace!
