The Company is involved through its research partners at USF to develop and commercialize its EVOLUTION EcoGen power generator. Energy Management Professionals (EMP) invents, develops and commercializes new technologies that improve the energy efficiency of existing products and processes. The Company's particular focus is on energy generation utilizing thermodynamics, heat transfer and heat exchange, which are important to the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration ("HVACR") industries and to the current invention. EMP currently holds the rights to two (2) patent-pending applications. Using these patents, the Company has been able to develop products that it believes are significantly more energy efficient than those currently available.
