You people are despicable. I called everyday Monday-Thursday to set up an appointment per the authorization for a mobile x-ray and every time I called I got an answering machine saying to leave a message to get a return call. No one ever called back. So I finally called Regal to see about getting a different provider. It was only then that I found out that your company does not do mobile x-rays. You could have had the decency to at least spend 30 seconds to return my call so my poor mother-in-law wouldn't have been delayed extra days before being able to get the proper company to get her x-rays done.
