THIS ORGANIZATION IN MY OPINION IS A FRAUD AND A SHAM. LED BY MR MILLER, THEY DEFRAUDED MY COMPANY OF $20,000. They claimed to be part of a US department of education program and contracted with us to provide financial consultancy services to a university development project in Africa. They demanded advance payment of $20,000 and as soon as they were paid, they never got in touch with my company or responded to our emails again. Please beware of them!! They claim to. E financial consultants by there is no evidence of that. There is also no independent record of their listed achievements. They claim to be a part of a US department of education initiative which cannot be independently verified. BEWARE!
