She charged double to drive from Yuma to our property in Wellton. She used a property in Somerton, 60 miles away as a comparable. She used a property in Wellton that was built in the '60's versus our property which was custom built in 2000. She refused to use any comparable properties provided by our realtor, who lives in the area and is very familiar with property values. Please reconsider before using this form. Jim Conlee
