I did NOT have a good experience dealing with ProTech Automotive. They kept my vehicle in their shop a total of 13 months and to this day it is still not drivable. Each time I took it to them they would attempt to repair something (usually unsuccessfully), and when I would pick it up, something that had been functioning properly prior to bringing it to them was now malfunctioning. I have paid ProTech almost $7,000 and I am very sorry to say that my vehicle is still parked in my garage. It is not only un-drivable, but it is now unable to pass state inspection due to ProTech's mis-advise. I would highly recommend that you find another mechanic to work on your vehicle. I would not trust these guys do a simple oil change or tire rotation. If you want some first-hand advise, stay as far away from this place as you can!
