I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the unprofessional behavior displayed by one of your employees, during a telemarketing call to me. The lady who called me from your company, Mr. Kool Man, Inc. located at 5925 IMPERIAL PARKWAY STE 104A MULBERRY, FL 33860, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I politely told her that I was not interested in the promo she was running and requested to remove my number from the call list, she rudely hung up the phone on me, even before I could finish my sentence. When I called back to express my dissatisfaction, she not only repeated her rude behavior but also falsely claimed to be the manager of the company. To make matters worse, when I requested to speak to a higher authority, another lady came on the phone, claiming to be the owner, and started laughing and making light of the situation. As a customer, I found this behavior extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. The fact that your employees could not handle a simple request and resorted to such behavior is a reflection of the lack of proper training and supervision at your company. I am disappointed with the way my concerns were handled, and I hope that you take necessary actions to ensure that such unprofessional behavior is not repeated with any other customer. I would also like an assurance that my phone number has been removed from your call list and that I will not receive any more telemarketing calls from your company in the future.
