Very unreliable. I paid Mike $1400 for a boundary survey, and through a large number of calls and struggles, he finally provided me the survey after 7 weeks. 7 WEEKS. On top of the $1400 for the boundary survey, I paid him $250 for a tree survey. That was paid along with the $1400. about 3 weeks in he requested to have all the underbrush on the property cleared before he could do the tree survey, which cost me $1500. I had it done! Now I'm at 9 weeks dealing with Mike Casey. When I am able to get him on the phone, which is very difficult, he always has some new line of BS. Either he came down with something that caused his "CROTCH" to itch all weekend, or he has not been feeling good and can't get to it until "next week". Like the boundary survey, he'd promise to have it one day, then another, then another, then next week. Then you keep calling and he rarely answers. As for him calling you back? I've been very cordial, patient and kind the entire way - he's done nothing but taken advantage of my kindness the entire time. This has been one of the most painful processes I've ever dealt with. Word of the wise, if you are dealing with Mike Casey, DO NOT pay ahead of time. People like he should be banned from doing business on a professional level.
