I had a tri-axle trailer made and delivered to Texas. I was coming from Utah to pick it up. They new my schedule and assured me they would have it ready. They showed up a day late and had the last of 4 trailers they were delivering still stacked on mine and expected me to get it off. Finally, after 4 hours of arguing, the police had to be called and they organized a company to come get it off at Fastloads expense. Bunk carpet was ripped from the other trailer on it. Wiring shorted out and melted all the way to the plug in the first 200 miles. They didn't bring my spare tire and hub that I paid for. I have been trying to get ahold of someone to get this taken care for over a month but to no avail. Filed a complaint with the BBB but so far they have ignored it. They have one more week to get this taken care of then I hire an attorney. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
