This place should be called Soapy Scam. Myself and a co-worker of mine had our clothes stolen from the washing machine! I went to go get gas while my clothes were washing and when I got back everything was stolen. I told the maintenance guy about it and asked if he could check the cameras. He told me the cameras don’t work. I tried to find a contact number for the establishment and there is no contact number. You can’t find a contact number anywhere. I told my co-worker about this and he had the same thing happen to him! Stay away from this badly run business.

I went here today to do 4 loads of laundry by the time I left I was only able to do two and it cost me almost $40. While there, they had multiple machines that broke down and multiple machines were taking money from customers I was not the only one trying to get ahold of this company today. Nor am I the only customer that has had this problem apparently this company goes out of their way to make sure that you can not get a hold of them. I am not from the area I just moved here last month from Florida so I'm not educated on all state laws but I'm pretty sure stealing money from your customers is illegal. This is done intentionally, there are no signs stating how to contact them in fact they have gone out of there way to remove this information. What looks like used to say contact in case of emergency with a number now has letters and the full number missing it looks like someone scraped it out and nowhere online can you find this information either. The building is in good condition and nicely painted and there are multiple cameras everywhere so its being maintained by somebody. Since I'm unable to contact the company directly I am going to be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, you can't just steal peoplie money under the disguise of a legit company and get away with it forever I'm not the only customer this happened to many customers they told me that this company owes them and other people they know money and they told me good luck getting it back.
