Unprofessional and sloppy.
No follow through
We rarely saw him - he sent senior citizen workers to perform back breaking work meant for a 20 something.
If I could upload pics, you just would not believe how sloppy the work is.
Ran cold water lines to hot water valves, reduced drain sizes behind walls I guess to save himself buying the proper 4in PVC.
