Our story commences with a fantasy, a Craigslist ad, a click of a button, and a holiday to Tijuana-Mexico where our first sushi cart was purchased in 2010. And it's so, that in 2011 our sushi cart once known as “Sushi-Island” transformed itself so they will who we're today, “EL SUSHI LOCO”.
