The expectation of the Victim Impact Panel is that hearing the Panel members speak will change behavior and reinforce the message that drunk or impaired driving is not only a serious crime, but one that has serious and far-reaching consequences. Who attends? Anyone convicted of DWI offenses in Genesee, Orleans and Wyoming counties. Referrals generally come from Genesee Justice, Probation, Drug Court or other area courts.
