As a tax and accounting consultant for over 18 years, my role has been to assist business owners and managers understand their business's financial conditions within its relative economic climate and to design processes to help manage and build their businesses with reliable and usable financial information. Through my career, I have developed accounting personnel, built a system of financial metrics to measure a business's health and growth potential and assisted in mergers, acquisitions and finding new sales opportunities. Earlier in my career, the analytical skills and knowledge I developed as a international tax accountant with Arthur Andersen, LLP and as an accounting and tax manager in private industry were invaluable.
