Had a terrible experience with Mr. Beahm, he had me give him a 10K retainer, then didn't do what I hired him to do and when I tried to get the remaining unspent retainer, he has avoided my calls, emails and texts and over 2 months later, I have still not received the unused retainer. I would not recommend using him at all - ghe will be readily available when he is trying to get his payment, but then won't do what you hired him to do, then will not return the UNUSED portion of the retainer - one can only guess where it went.
