The CrossFit Rise program is designed for scalability and applies equally well to all individuals regardless of age or fitness level. Based in the heart of Schaumburg, seconds from Woodfield Mall, this 16,000 square foot facility is the premier CrossFit facility of suburban Chicago. We train athletes of all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities to help them achieve the fitness they've always wanted. Our goal is to help our members achieve their own personal excellence.
