Mario The Handy Handyman was hired to complete two projects. Here is a copy of our text communication. "Yes" Mario did not remove the old grout and the finished project looked worse than before he started. The plastic door molding was re glued to the glass door. When I shared my concerns with him, he stated my work has a one year warranty. One week later the glue didn't hold and he refused to stand by his work. As for the laundry room Mario was hired to fill a gap in the wall and prevent Mice to enter. He used a foam sealing spray without first using steel wool and made a mess of the room. I was later informed of other botched jobs he's taken on and I wouldn't hire him to do the simplest of projects.
