You will gain all the possible aggravation, lack of communication, very low quality Chinese product and plenty of false promises and lies. When you spend the time and efforts to go there personally to resolve your issues, the receptionist will contact your sales person and they will deny their presence. Jordan Malpass, sales manager, repeatedly promised to make it right for the contractor and the customer. Nothing but hot air. Another man there named Notch, works as a production manager. This guy is the absolute worse experience ever. They use him to confront customers by raising his voice and attempts to intimidate customers. Very weird strategy to run a business. Didn't intimidate me just made feel like Puking every time I had to deal with him. Just a very negative experience all around to say the least. Highly unrecommended and plenty of thumbs down
