NEVER hire Joe Marzec. Totally unethical. He excavated our new house then back-filled with hundreds of dirty diapers. Literally. I have pictures from when we added a garage years later. He also ruined our water well by leaving a huge boulder leaning on the fitting six feet down. Also found this when we had to dig it up years later because is was leaking. He costs us thousands of dollars of damage.
