Worse than the worst experience imaginable. It's been almost a year, and John Terry won't finish the job, barely started. I paid him the half down (actually more) that he required, $17k, and now he won't answer the phone or return my calls. DO NOT use him! Save yourself lots of time and aggravation! There is no number low enough for the rating I would give him! After almost a year, these pics are just a representation of what I have - a useless, trashed boat. Looks like a lawsuit is going to be necessary...
