Legacy Pre-Finishing, Inc is the "legacy" of one of the oldest continuously surviving Prefinishing operations in the US and Southeast. Legacy started around 1970 with one finishing machine in a lumber yard in Charlotte, NC, which in 1974 became Riverside Machine Staining, then merged with Northlake Lumber in 1998, and was ultimately bought by Pro-Build Holdings in 2005, and Finally sold to Legacy Pre-Finishing in 2009.
