As a lymphedema therapist, I was having difficulty acquiring quality compression stockings, sleeves etc. for my patients when their treatment was complete. Most people could not afford the garments and few were covered by insurance. I worked primarily with a couple of Home Medical companies who would supply products for me but it sometimes took up to two to three weeks to receive the garment. Sometimes, after waiting this long, I would find the wrong size or compression had been sent. Out of frustration, I started my own company to fulfill a growing need in our area for fair priced compression products. With a prescription from the MD, I fit and supply the appropriate garment for the patient's diagnosis and financial capability.
