I am a property owner in Chicago and needed a basic paint and Patch job done along with new bathroom and kitchen. I spoke with mr. Skik 2 days before and went on to make an appointment. On the day of the appointment I received no phone call stating that he was going to be late. So I phoned only to find out that he wasn't going to make it. To me this this is not only unprofessional and tells me that he believes his time is more valuable than my own but is also indicative of how the job will be done as far as meeting deadlines so on and so fourth. I find this to be common with a lot of companies and this is how I weed out who I'm going to do business with. The first appointment is the most important.
