I called to request a few standard documents in order to close on a condo in this subdivision. The person that answered the phone at the association was looking for a fight. She had a horrible and nasty attitude. She spoke to me in a condescending tone when I told her I did not know the name of the condo complex. I gave her the street address and she again derided me for not knowing that is was in "Vila Manor". I asked her if there was more than one complex on Rampart Blvd, and she said "did you even go and LOOK AT the condo??!?!" I again asked her if they have more than one complex on Rampart and she refused to answer. She said she would send me A copy of the documents I needed for the closing, but she said they won't be the ones I need, since I didn't know the name of the condo complex. She then said she would give me her email address and I could ask for the documents, and she reply "if she gets around to it". She obviously meant she had no intention to assist me. I hung up on her after being completely disgusted that an employee of this association - which I would need to pay $225 a MONTH to - would treat a client this way. I refuse to give a group like this my money, for them to treat me like a moron, simply because I did not know the name of the complex. Wow. What a piece of work this person is! So full of herself and has NO CLASS AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. DO NOT BUY HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE TREATED LIKE CRUD AND PAY THEM $225/month TO DO SO!!!! Oh, and the mortgage company had emailed this place over a week ago asking for these same documents. They followed up several days later, and still no response. So again, this association does not care at all to assist ANYONE. RUN FROM THIS PLACE AND DON'T ATTEMPT TO DEAL WITH THEM!!!
