You wrote a review for Push Pedal Pull A moment ago 1.0 star rating10/4/2021 just now Terrible Treatment! Racist! I have a brand new treadmill which had an E02 code. that could have easily been fixed and re-sold. In fact, I called the store to donate it to them. I spoke with Adam who normally answers the phone. He stated that he was interested, and would come to my home and pick it up at 8:30 am, but the guy never showed or gave me the courtesy of calling me. His behavior was very disrespectful, inconsiderate, and just plain unprofessional. I was planning to purchase another treadmill along with other exercise equipment from this company, but have changed my mind because of the way they treat people. if the guy changed huis mind about picking it up, why not just call and state that? I called to speak with the manager Barret. Adam answered the phone and whispered that I wantd to talk to him, then sent my call straight to voice mail, and never called me back. Their lack of consideration and respect for customers, and the fact that Barrett didnt even bother to call back, is a horrible reflection of this company. I will not refer to this company to friends and family nor purchase anything from them. Zero stars if I had the option.
