This is NOT a recommendation. Anyone who is considering using this man as an investigator would be foolish to do so. I have first-hand experience with how he attempted to taint evidence when he was with the FBI, and scientific evidence disputed his theory of the case and his efforts to taint. He has very poor investigation skills, very poor interview skills, and his ethical conduct in attempting to taint evidence leads me to question the state's certification of him as an investigator. I am a highly successful and driven criminal defense lawyer because of his unethical efforts to tilt justice. He is the worst investigator I've had the experience of knowing. I would caution anyone considering using him in any investigation to do deeper research on his history and the reasons why he left federal employment with the FBI. Do not use this investigator.
