I stay current on news and entertainment events, to make sure I provide excellent service to all my clients. I arrive with sufficient time prior to the show start to properly prepare. Set up speakers, monitors and microphones and perform a sound check if permitted by the location manager. Arrange song selection books, papers and pencils in a user-friendly fashion: Set up tables to hold your supplies, or place books, song slips and pencils on all the patron's tables for easy access. I start the show at the agreed-upon time. I am very punctual and friendly, I usually sing 1st and select an upbeat and fun song to get audience members engaged. Overall, make sure all customers are having a great time!
