when they came the repair my glass cooktop, the technician does seem well qualified and broke the glass. It took over half a year and a few dozen calls and they still can not repair or replace the cooktop. I accepted a small payment for far less the cost of the cooktop but the company is making excuses for not sending the check. It has been over two months since they agreed to send the check but i still can't get it. Even if i am losing more money, I decided to the court to sue this company for my entire replacement cost. This is the worst experience i had with any company or people. Be careful and avoid this company!!
