The American Deli in Houston really needs some adjustments. I know its new, but staff should be prepared for new customers. The waiting time is ridiculous, I've been there several times and had to wait more than an hour and the reason given by staff was that they had only one cook, that's no excuse. The food is great but the wait time is really slow.
