$477 dollars and 2 6 weeks of going back and forward down the drain. My computer had to go back 5 times and still does not work properly. They said it would cost in between 200 and 400 to fix my computer. I was hoping for 200 but they came back and said that worse case scenario of me needing a new motherboard. I was cool with that. But imagine spending the highest price and still going back 5 times to get the problem resolved and and I still had to go spend 475 at another store to get the exact same problem fixed. They would not give me a refund. So basically I paid $477 for them to wipe off the outside of my computer and wipe my hard drive clean. Lesson learned.
