Rachel Yates, PA-C, is a Family Medicine physician assistant who completed her studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch at John Sealy School of Medicine in Galveston, Texas, in 2024. Rachel is a member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Associates. Rachel focuses on combining evidence-based medical treatments with lifestyle changes to help patients manage chronic conditions and improve their quality of life. She believes in listening closely to her patients' concerns and treating each person with compassion and respect. Rachel joined Kelsey-Seybold in November 2024.

Raymond Nieto, MD, is a graduate of Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, where he earned his Doctorate of Medicine in 2013. After finishing a research fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine, he completed his Family Medicine residency at Latrobe Family Medicine Residency in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, in 2020. Dr. Nieto joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in December 2025 and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. As a primary care physician, his clinical interests center on preventive care and providing coordinated, evidence-based care for complex and chronic conditions such as diabetes and heart disease. Dr. Nieto also evaluates and treats new and acute concerns such as injuries, infections, and seasonal viruses.

Roland Prezas, DO, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. He earned his Bachelor of Science in microbiology in 1995 from Texas A&M University. He completed his medical degree in 2000 at the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth and his residency at Family Practice Residency of the Brazos Valley at Bryan-College Station in 2003. Prior to joining Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in February 2022, Dr. Prezas was site medical director of the Hospitalist program and a hospitalist at St. Luke's Health - Brazosport Hospital in Lake Jackson, Texas. He's a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Susan Jarrell, MD, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at Texas A&M University in College Station, where she graduated cum laude in 1985, followed by her Doctor of Medicine degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston in 1995. She completed her Family Medicine residency in 1999 at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Before joining Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, Dr. Jarrell treated Dow Chemical Company employees and their families at QuadMed Dow Family Health Center in Lake Jackson.

"Dr. Katherynn Tran earned her Bachelor of Science in psychology in 2002, graduating summa cum laude at the University of Houston. In 2006, she received her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center McGovern Medical School. She completed the Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton Family Medicine Residency Program in Oceanside, Calif., in 2009. From 2009 to 2011, Dr. Tran served as a Family Medicine physician at the U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa, Japan, and as a member of the fleet surgical team deployed on the USS Essex. From 2011 to 2015, she served as Senior Medical Officer at the Naval Branch Health Clinic Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in Fort Worth. This included 10 months as Department Head of Health Services. Dr. Tran also served as a Family Medicine physician at the John Bradley Branch Clinic in Quantico, Va., from May 2013 to August 2013. Holly Hundl is a nurse practitioner in Family Medicine who cares for patients at our Lake Jackson Clinic. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 2015 and her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Texas Health Science Center Houston in 2020. Prior to joining Kelsey-Seybold, Holly worked as a Critical Care Registered Nurse at UTMB Healthcare Systems in Galveston, Memorial Hermann Healthcare System in Houston, and Kindred Healthcare in Sugar Land.
