Destiny Homes is a new construction home builder serving the Des Moines metro with more than 30 communities and 38 floor plans to choose from. Our streamlined building process gets homeowners from contract to move-in in as little as 90 to 120 days. We build single-family homes, townhomes, ranch plans, and two-story layouts for first-time buyers, growing families, and anyone ready for a brand-new home. Homes start in the $270,000s for townhomes and the $290,000s for single-family plans, with options ranging up to $650,000 and above. Every Destiny home is built to current energy codes and backed by a full builder warranty.
