we were very pleased with the work done. The owner himself is who we dealt with. He was very professional, knowledgeable, very nice, always on time, took his time to explain what he would be doing and why. The bats we had were gone in one week.

absolutely so rude! The man Jason is so rude to customers. When i asked a question i got such a rude response as if i should have known federal laws about animals. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
