I'm writing this review as a warning to anyone considering using Rock Shop for their countertops. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. After ordering my countertops back in November 2022, I have been met with a continual cycle of disappointment and utter disregard for customer service. By contract, templates were supposed to be completed by the end of March 2023, with a 60-day window for delivery. However, by June, not only were the countertops still not delivered, and the company also had no ETA to offer. To make matters worse, my attempts to reach out via calls and emails were largely ignored, leading to growing frustration. The pinnacle of this appalling experience came in July. After several months of waiting, they finally scheduled the installation. My relief turned into disbelief as I found out that none of the countertop parts fit - the measurements were completely off. They promised a rectification within a week but cancelled on the day of the delivery, leaving us in the lurch. Their promises fell flat again when they delivered a week later, only to have one of the largest pieces not fitting, with measurements even more off than before. This gross incompetence was coupled with the owner's nonchalance and refusal to pick up calls or offer a discount. Adding salt to the wound, Loewe's, from where I purchased the cabinets and countertops, proved to be of no help at all. Despite knowing that Rock Shop has a track record of delays and issues, they chose to keep quiet about it, indicating a clear lack of integrity and customer focus. In conclusion, I implore you to steer clear of Rock Shop. The poor communication, sloppy workmanship, and abysmal customer service have left a bitter taste that no homeowner should ever have to experience. This ordeal has been more than a delay; it's a total disregard for customers and their time.
