I am giving Allstate a one star rating due to the fact Patrick Haggett and the way he treated me the customer .At first I searched and searched for a landscape company to replace broken pipes under ground ,install a new center island and put all new top soil and new sod.At first I really liked his personality but at the end I wanted answers to why some areas of my sod were dying a long with a tree and plants in the center island .He gave me answers and did not want to hear my question.It was either his way or no way.He needs to take care of the customer and not be so stubborn . Patrick needs to understand that I the customer puts food on his table . Very poor customer service 😂😂
