Placed first time order on Friday 10/02/21, card was charged and received an email stating the item had shipped. The provided tracking number however indicated only that a label had been created with no actual shipment associated with it. On Saturday an employee claimed the USPS truck never showed up so it wouldn't be picked up until Monday. Called Monday to verify, got a different story and the excuse that their website says same day or next business day shipping and that it would ship that day. At 6PM, there had been no status change, still just a label, another employee said it was shipped at 2:30PM Monday afternoon, it is now 10:30PM, and the tracking number still says that only a label had been generated with no actual shipment. Regardless of how this ends up, there will not be another order placed with this company, there service is at best screwed up.
